Investors Realty has sold two Empire Spectrum flex industrial buildings in Omaha, Nebraska, for $7.92 million.
Jasper Stone Empire Park I LLC and Jasper Stone Empire Park II LLC was the seller. Dodge Properties, L.L.C. and Maple CLVI, LLC was the buyer.
The buildings had a combined square footage of 144,452 square feet and were 85 percent leased at the time of sale. Notable tenants include Konica Minolta, Bounce U and Airborne Academy. The purchaser plans to extensively renovate the Property.
Ember Grummons and Kevin Stratman with Investors Realty represented the seller. Grummons and Patrick Morris procured the buyer, who was completing a 1031 exchange. The property was not openly marketed for sale.
