UnityPoint Health — St. Luke’s, along with developer Irgens, celebrated the opening of Sunnybrook Medical Plaza in Sioux City, Iowa, this month.
The 86,315-square-foot two-story center serves as a regional hub for health care in the tri-state area.
Sunnybrook Medical Plaza provides outpatient services, family and internal medicine, urgent care, imaging, lab work, podiatry, diabetes care and other services.
Irgens oversaw all facets of the project, including site due diligence, entitlements and design/construction administration.
