Irgens-Chicago recently wrapped the development of the Presence Healing Arts Pavilion, a new outpatient healthcare center at 16615 S. Route 59 in Plainfield, Illinois.
The single-story 25,000-square-foot building is leased by Presence Health Network. The facility opened in late 2015.
Services offered at the new medical center include diagnostic imaging, immediate care, physical therapy, a community room and physician offices.
The pavilion can be expanded by up to 15,000 square feet to meet future community healthcare needs.
Morgan/Harbour Construction was the general contractor, while Jensen & Halstead was the architect. Irgens oversaw all facets of the project, including land procurement, entitlements, financing, contractor selection and construction administration.
