Irgens names new vice president of investments in Milwaukee office

Irgens has named Mike Syman as vice president of investments. Based in Irgens’ Milwaukee office, Syman has worked with the commercial real estate firm for more than 12 years.

Syman is responsible for all financial analysis for the company, including preparing and evaluating financial projections and pro formas for potential development projects; managing cash flow analyses of ongoing projects; and assessing the viability of refinancing and sale opportunities.

He also oversees financial reporting to management and lenders for Irgens at-risk projects and serves as the Administrator for the Irgens client reporting website. Before working at Irgens, he was an accounting manager for a family-owned real estate management and development group in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
