Iris Construction Services (ICS) has completed tenant improvements for Larkin Square in a 4,867 square-foot retail space.
On behalf of owner Larkin Square LLC, Iris Construction completed retail renovations on the facility. Improvements included separation of 4,867 square feet of existing building into two separate units, including new demising wall and utility separation. The two new tenants include Larkin Liquor and The Dollar Store.
