Iron Hound Management Company, LLC recently assisted Executive Affiliates in paying off the existing securitized debt and providing $15.1 million in refinancing with Starwood Mortgage Capital for the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia, Mo.
The Holiday Inn Select Executive Center is a 310-room full-service hotel built in 1974 and last renovated in 1996. It is located adjacent to the Columbia Mall. Downtown Columbia is three miles south and the University of Missouri is four miles south of the hotel.
