Itasca, Illinois-based ML Realty Partners promoted five professionals within its organization.
The new promotions are:
- Patrick Shannon: Executive Vice President
In his new role, Patrick will oversee asset management, marketing, and transaction execution, where he will continue to assist in driving forward the company’s mission and values in both the Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth markets. - Brendan Hill: Vice President
Brendan will lead leasing and acquisitions in Illinois in his new leadership position. - Nick LeVeque: Senior Director
In addition to company asset valuations, Nick will now increase his participation in the firm’s debt placement and analytics, aiding in long-term strategic company goals. - Ben Salomone: Director
Ben will continue to take a larger role in the firm’s asset management strategies, portfolio construction, tenant relations, and forecasting. - Logan Shrout: Acquisition Manager
As a lead player on our acquisitions team, Logan will continue to focus on investment opportunities and growing our Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio.
