Itasca, Illinois-based ML Realty Partners announced two strategic internal moves that will further drive the firm’s growth in acquisitions and leasing.
Kevin Donohoe has been promoted to Acquisition Director and Tracy Albrecht will take on an expanded role in leasing as Leasing Manager.
With his promotion, Kevin Donohoe will now oversee all Chicago acquisitions. Since joining ML Realty Partners, Donohoe has built a foundation of market knowledge and developed key relationships with industry participants.
Tracy Albrecht will transition into the role of Leasing Manager. She will be responsible for leasing a portion of the Chicago portfolio. Albrecht has excelled in her leasing responsibilities to date and has demonstrated the ability to take on diverse roles within ML Realty Partners.
