J.C. Anderson has completed a 23,000-square-foot build-out for Hubbard Radio Chicago, at One Prudential Plaza in Chicago. The renovation modernized Hubbard Radio’s existing space and consisted of the construction of new studios, workstations, private offices and conference rooms while also increasing efficiencies.
Founded in 1925, Hubbard Broadcasting LLC is an American television and radio broadcasting corporation based in St. Paul, Minnesota. The firm’s Chicago radio group, Hubbard Radio Chicago, serves over 3,000,000 listeners every week and over a thousand clients in Chicagoland with its stations MIX 101.9, The DRIVE 97.1, SHE 100.3 and 2060 Digital.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by COO Steve Boulukos and superintendent Jose Verduzco. Partners by Design provided the architectural services and Savills Studley provided project management services.
