J. C. Anderson completes 30,000 SF renovation in Downer’s Grove

J.C. Anderson, Inc. has completed a 30,000 square foot office renovation for CompuSystems, Inc. at 2655 Warrenville Road (Corridors II) in Downers Grove, Illinois.

J.C. Anderson, Inc. completed the build-out at Corridors II, which will serve as the new headquarters for CompuSystems, Inc., a major registration service provider for the convention trade show industry. The firm, previously located at 2805 S. 25th Avenue in Broadview, was founded in 1976 and employs approximately 200 people. The construction to the new space included the addition of private offices, conference rooms, workstations, break rooms, training rooms as well as open work areas to create a more open-office environment.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. was led by Senior Project Manager Jason Hawkins, Senior Estimator Greg Garland and Superintendent Bill Dennison. Dawn Newman of Newman Architecture provided the architectural services and Syska Hennessy Group provided engineering.
