J.C. Anderson has completed a 59,000-square-foot renovation project for Ipsos at The Franklin, 222 W. Adams St. in Chicago.
Founded in 1975, Ipsos is one of the world’s leading market research companies, headquartered in Paris, France. This firm relocated its Chicago office from 222 Riverside to the 11th floor of 222 W. Adams St. for more space. Construction included the addition of a User Experience (UX) facility, collaboration spaces, offices and open seating. Features also include a cabana and game room with neon signage, two ‘gathering stairs’ as huddle areas and multiple preserved moss living wall installations.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Kantro and Superintendent Mike Diduch. Champlin Architecture provided the architectural services and I-Lee Hwa and Nick Ferro of Cushman & Wakefield provided project management and consulting services for ownership.
