J.C. Anderson has completed a headquarters build-out for MERGE at 200 East Randolph Street (The Aon Center) in Chicago.
With offices in Chicago, Boston and Atlanta, MERGE is a unified media and creative agency. The firm selected J.C. Anderson to complete a renovation to its Chicago office to modernize its existing space while also increasing efficiencies. The project consisted of building out the space to create an open office concept with huddle areas.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive Joe Maguire, project manager Michael Dunn and superintendent Joe Rojas. Perkins + Will provided the architectural services and JLL provided project management services.
“It’s always a pleasure continuing to build on long-lasting relationships with partners JLL and Perkins + Will, while expanding our client base,” said J.C. Anderson project manager Michael Dunn. “The MERGE personnel were genuine, appreciative and extremely helpful along the way so that we could all collaboratively capture their vision for the new Chicago office and ultimately deliver a space that exceeded expectations.”
