J.C. Anderson has completed a space renovation and reconfiguration for Northwestern Mutual in Downers Grove, Illinois. The firm relocated 22,000 square feet from another floor within the same building.
Located at 1901 Butterfield within Hamilton Partners’ Esplanade IV, Northwestern Mutual relocated from the 4th to the 3rd floor. J.C. Anderson reconfigured the new space to enhance the flow of operations consistent with the financial services industry. Construction included the addition of new private offices, open work space, meeting areas, as well as modern finishes and amenities throughout.
“It was imperative to the client that we provide the most cost-efficient approach to constructing the new space,” said Joe Maguire, project executive for J.C. Anderson. “Our extensive corporate interior experience, along with our thorough value engineering exercises, ensured the client that we will not only achieve cost efficiencies, but also a space that fit their current and future requirements.”
The Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee, with local offices and affiliates throughout the country.
