J.C. Anderson has completed a 60,000-square-foot, multi-phased office renovation for the 55th and 56th floor headquarters of Segal McCambridge. The litigation firm is located at Willis Tower, 233 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago.
Renovation of the law firm’s existing space included a new reception area, a new high-end attorney lounge, café and boardroom. An interior stairway connects the two floors. The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive John Angelovich, project manager Matt Kantro and superintendent Mark Zawadka. Gensler provided the architectural services.

Anderson completed a renovation for us prior, and due to the team’s phenomenal work on that project, they were the easy choice for this one,” said Segal McCambridge executive director Michael Leddin. “J.C. Anderson did an outstanding job of developing a rapport and earning the respect of or employees, which truly made my job easier throughout the project, and the team did all that while keeping on schedule and on budget.”
