J.C. Anderson, Inc. has completed an office renovation for Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP on the 21st floor at 120 S. LaSalle Street in Chicago.
With over 155 years of experience, Fitch Even is Chicago’s oldest law firm in continuous practice and a national leader in the field of intellectual property law, with offices across the United States and a global client base. The firm selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete a 26,000-square-foot build-out for its Chicago office. Fitch Even wanted to modernize the space to increase efficiency and create a more open office layout.
As a leader in cloud-based paperless and automation trends within the legal services sector, Fitch Even made several technology upgrades within the space, including sit/stand desks and workstations, wireless displays using smart TV internet services, and cloud-based PBX services using Microsoft Skype for Business. The project features a new leather-wrapped reception desk, open ceilings in common areas, ceiling clouds in boardrooms and private offices with perimeter arched glass windows and glass office fronts. Renovations to the existing building restrooms give Fitch Even further customization on the 21st floor. The space also ties in finishes from the large multi-purpose breakroom and the new kitchen area.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. was led by project executive Joe Maguire, project manager Mike Dunn and superintendents Glenn Panfil and David Panfil. Partners by Design provided the architectural services.
