J.C. Anderson has completed an office renovation for Near North Title Group at 222 N. LaSalle Street in Chicago. Eastlake Studio provided architectural services for the project.
The build-out to the 26-story property’s sixth floor included the addition of a secured reception entry with a backlit logo for client-facing meetings and appointments and a large collaboration break area. The new space features exposed ceilings with sound insulation, decorative lighting, exposed concrete as well as open and closed glass front offices. Near North Title Group, who has occupied space at 222 N. LaSalle for over 30 years, is relocating to its new space from the first floor of the building.
The J.C. Anderson team was led by project executive Joe Maguire, project manager Mike Ruffolo and superintendent Joe Rojas.
