J.C. Anderson has completed a phased renovation project at 2441 and 2443 Warrenville Road (Westwood of Lisle) in Lisle, Illinois.
Property owner, Briar Meads Capital, hired J.C. Anderson to complete the capital improvement project, which consisted of renovating the property’s two existing lobbies, the fitness center with new showers, restrooms, two new tenant lounges, a new on-site deli as well as a conference room. The new space features unique millwork and high-end finishes throughout.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive Seth Erlich, project manager Andrew Mott and superintendent Gary Kuechler. Wright Heerema Architects provided architectural services and NAI Hiffman provided project management services.
“The lobbies of both buildings stayed open throughout the entire construction project which required a lot of planning and upfront communication,” said Erlich. “Our project team worked together with ownership to coordinate and allow lobby access throughout the duration of the project, while still completing the project on schedule.”
Located off of Warrenville Road, the Westwood of Lisle is a 296,486-square-foot, Class A office complex. The property offers high visibility along the I-88 tollway as well as proximity to an abundance of hotels and restaurants.
