J.C. Anderson, Inc. has completed an office build-out for The Camden Group at 29 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago.
Founded in 1970, The Camden Group provides management and consulting services to the healthcare industry, assisting more than 2,000 healthcare organizations nationwide. The firm recently relocated its Chicago offices from 155 N. Wacker Drive to 29 N. Wacker Drive. J.C. Anderson, Inc. was hired to complete the 9,000 square foot build-out to the 10th floor of the firm’s new office location. The construction included large conference rooms, private offices, a new server room and modifying the existing layout to create a more open office environment. Construction also featured exposed ceilings, new light fixtures, luxury vinyl tile flooring with wood planking, mechanical and electrical upgrades as well as new flooring throughout.
J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s William Burfeind was the project executive and Jason Hawkins was the project manager. Architectural services were provided by Horn Design.
