J.C. Anderson, Inc. has completed a phased office expansion and renovation for Mosaic at 750 N. Orleans in Chicago.
Mosaic is a sales and marketing agency that delivers consumer experiences in-store, online and in the community. Mosaic is headquartered in Dallas with offices in Chicago and Bentonville, Arkansas. The firm hired J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete a 4,000 square foot expansion and renovation to their Chicago office space in River North. The first phase of the project included expanding Mosaic’s 6th floor space into the adjacent office space. The second phase of the project included renovating the existing space to create an open floor plan that includes collaboration spaces, an exercise room as well as private offices. Features of the new space include exposed ceilings, wood beams and pendant lighting.
J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s William Burfeind was the project executive, Jason Hawkins was the senior project manager and Jose Verduzco was the Superintendent. Architectural services were provided by IHL and CRESA was the project manager for ownership.
