J.C. Anderson Inc. has recently completed a 10,000-square-foot office build-out for Kinecta Federal Credit Union in Chicago and a 5,900-square-foot build-out for Orchard First Source.
J.C. Anderson Inc. was selected to build-out Kinecta Federal Credit Union’s new Midwest Operations Center at 8600 Bryn Mawr Ave. near O’Hare International Airport. The fast-track project included the construction of new conference rooms, private offices and open work areas. J.C. Anderson Inc. also installed a supplemental cooling system for the firm’s server room.
The firm’s Joe Maguire was the project manager for the Kinecta Federal build-out and Darryl Tannhauser was the project superintendent. Architectural services were provided by Rubin Architects. Gary Fazzio of CBRE represented Kinecta in the lease negotiations. Building ownership was represented by Dave Trumpy of GlenStar Properties.
