J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete 25,000 SF office renovation in the Loop

 J.C. Anderson, Inc. has been selected to complete a 25,000 square foot office renovation for Baird & Warner at 120 S. LaSalle Street in Chicago. Founded in 1855, Baird & Warner is a residential real estate services company based in Chicago with nearly 1,700 broker associates in 23 offices. The firm has hired J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete the 25,000 square foot renovation to their prestigious Loop office. The project will include minor demolition of the ceiling and walls to renovate and re-design the space to enhance the firm’s flow of operations. Once complete, the space will include all new flooring, paint, high-end millwork and will incorporate Baird & Warner branding into finishes, furniture and artwork. J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s William Burfeind is the project executive and Jason Hawkins is the senior project manager. Architectural services will be provided by NELSON. The project is scheduled for completion this November.
