J.C. Anderson, Inc. has been selected to complete a 68,000 square foot phased office renovation for Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) at 1275 Milwaukee Avenue in Glenview, Illinois.
Founded in 1936, GTL is a legal mutual reserve company located in the northern suburb, which provides a portfolio of competitive health, accident, life and special risk insurance programs. The firm has hired J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete the 68,000 square foot renovation to multiple floors of their Glenview office location. The project, which will be completed in eight phases, will consist of creating an open floor plan, adding private executive offices, incorporating team collaboration rooms as well as constructing a new cafeteria. Once complete, the space will feature floating clouds, curved walls and high-end technology.
J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s Joseph Maguire is the project executive, Michael Ruffolo is the project manager, Greg Garland is the lead estimator and Dan Dunn is the Superintendent. Tom Spanier of TZS Design will be providing the architectural services and Richard Dale of Savills Studley is the project manager for ownership. The phased project is scheduled for completion in May 2015.
