J.C. Anderson has been selected to complete a 150,000-square-foot office renovation for West Monroe Partners at 311 W. Monroe Street in Chicago. Construction is slated to wrap by October ahead of West Monroe Partner’s relocation from 222 W. Adams Street.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. is led by project executive John Angelovich, project manager Matt Kantro, assistant project manager Kayla McKinney and superintendents Darrel Panfil and Steve Perry. Garnett Architects is providing the architectural services.
The multi-floor build-out includes the addition of offices, open office areas, phone rooms, conference rooms, collaborative work areas and a break room on each floor. The 14th floor will include a reception area, specialty hex ceiling above the café seating, an IT bar, as well as a new staircase leading up to the 15th floor.
Founded in 2002, West Monroe Partners is a national consulting firm with seven offices throughout the United States and more than 1,300 professionals. In 2016, J.C. Anderson also completed a build-out of the space that West Monroe Partners will soon vacate.
311 W. Monroe Street is a 15-story, 382,490-square-foot office building in The Loop. The headquarters building offers exterior signage and a highly visible and customizable lobby video screen. The property features a private lobby entrance and a modern design.
