J. McLaughlin, represented by CBRE, signed a new 1,410-square-foot lease at 216 S. Main St. in Naperville, Illinois.
This will be the Brooklyn-based retailer’s fourth store in the Chicago market. CBRE’s Phil Golding, Todd Siegel and Kimberly Wiskup represented J. McLaughlin in the transaction.
The new store is located at 216 S. Main St. and the building is over 170 years old–originally constructed by the town’s founder Joseph Naper. The classic 18th century interior echoes the architecture found in local neighborhood buildings. Classic rafter tails along the ceiling are meant to mirror a pergola and the colors of the store keep within the town’s historical theme.
