Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that it has successfully assisted its client, JC Watson Packing Co., in the procurement of a new location in the heart of the O’Hare industrial submarket.
Headquartered in southwest Idaho, JC Watson focuses on packing, selling, and the distribution of onions. The new 68,021 SF location is rail served and will function as a cross dock facility solely for the distribution of onions. Finding a rail-served facility in the heart of Chicagoland was a key requirement for JC Watson as it allows them to have full autonomy across their supply chain which improves efficiency, economics and protects proprietary processes. The Elk Grove location will allow them to expand their footprint in the Midwest and distribution channels to the East Coast.
Entre’s Sam Deihs represented the tenant, J.C. Watson Packing Company, and Hamilton Partners represented the landlord in this transaction.
