CBRE announced that Jeffery Kapcheck has joined the firm’s Industrial & Logistics Services practice as a senior vice president.
Kapcheck brings more than 25 years of industrial real estate experience to the firm, most recently as a Principal at Colliers International.
An industry leader in Chicago’s industrial market, Kapcheck has completed more than 900 transactions for a total value of more than $1 billion. He frequently works with some of the country’s largest corporations and specializes in tenant representation, built-to-suit projects, new development and property acquisition and disposition. Some of his key clients include: US Venture, Clover Technologies Group, Pizzuti, Jason Inc., JP Morgan, Panattoni, Heitman, Hillwood and Domtar.
Kapcheck has received numerous industry awards throughout his career, being recognized by NAIOP and SIOR multiple times for his transactions. He is active with charitable organizations such as Barrington Children’s Charities, Animal House Shelter, American Cancer Society and PAWS. He holds a bachelor of science with a focus in marketing and finance from Northern Illinois University.
