Jennifer Werneke joins The McShane Companies as vice president of human capital

James A. McShane, Chief Executive Officer of The McShane Companies, announced that Jennifer M. Werneke, SPHR, has joined the firm as Vice President of Human Capital.

Werneke will office at the firm’s suburban Chicago headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, and serve as the company’s senior advisor and thought leader on all aspects of human resources. Through her strategic leadership of recruitment, talent management, and compensation and benefits, she will help to ensure that The McShane Companies continues to attract, retain and develop the necessary talent to support the firm’s overall growth strategy.

With over 20 years of human resources experience, Werneke most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cotter Consulting, Inc. where she was responsible for developing a comprehensive human resources program while preparing the company for future growth. She has also held various management and consulting positions at HRMS, LLC, T-Systems North America, SPR, Inc. / Leapnet, Inc. and Platinum Technology, Inc.
