JLL adds new senior vice president and senior associate to industrial team

JLL has announced the appointment of both Robert Tamillo as senior vice president, and Cory Schraier as senior associate to the firm’s industrial team.

As a senior vice president in JLL’s industrial brokerage division, Tamillo focuses on business development, provides strategic consulting, transaction management and portfolio management for industrial users and investors of corporate real estate on a local and national basis. These transaction responsibilities include site selection/location analytics, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, and build-to-suit development.

Throughout his career, Tamillo has focused on occupier representation throughout the Chicago metro area with a particular emphasis in Central DuPage County and I-55 along with national corporate services. He has considerable experience providing these services for various industries including building materials, manufacturing and distribution.  Going forward, he will also be a part of the JLL’s Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions group.

Tamillo is a graduate of Indiana University. He earned the designation Certified Commercial Investment Member from the CCIM Institute and is a member of various real estate and related industry associations including The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the Association of Industrial real Estate Brokers (AIRE).

Schraier joins JLL as a senior associate concentrating on representing tenants that are based in the O’Hare market and who may have multi-market requirements in addition to their local facility needs. He represents clients in the areas of site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions and, when appropriate build-to-suit development projects.

Schraier is a graduate of Indiana University. He is a member of various real estate and related industry associations including The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
