Nick Tinnel has joined JLL’s industrial team in Kansas City, Missouri, as a senior vice president.
Tinnel will join the Kansas City industrial team led by Senior Managing Director Kevin Wilkerson. In his new role at JLL, Tinnel will continue to serve tenants, landlords, owners, and buyers of industrial real estate. He will support clients in strategizing around their short- and long-term needs in their real estate portfolios locally and nationally.
Tinnel brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having completed more than 1,000 transactions in his career. His client roster includes the likes of BridgeCap Partners, Brown Strauss, Earth Brands, Martin Mechanical, and Schmuhl International among many others. His area of expertise includes tenant representation, agency leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions.
