JLL announced that Jeremy Spillman has joined the firm as vice president. In his new role, he will focus on business development and the expansion of the firm’s office, industrial and retail portfolio in Des Moines.
Spillman brings five years of experience in the Iowa commercial real estate industry and was named the 2015 Iowa Commercial Real Estate “Rising Star.” He most recently spent five years with a competing commercial real estate services firm, where he was directly involved with more than $20 million in commercial real estate and managed a portfolio of $5 million. Prior to that, he spent 12 years in supply chain solutions and logistics management. Spillman will join Heath Bullock, Marcus Pitts, and Justin Lossner.
