JLL Capital Markets closed the sale of a three-building industrial portfolio totaling 537,681 square feet positioned across DuPage County’s most sought-after industrial submarkets.
JLL represented the seller in the sale to High Street Logistics Properties.
The fully leased portfolio benefits from premium locations within the O’Hare and North DuPage County industrial submarkets. The portfolio’s strategic positioning provides exceptional connectivity to Chicago’s transportation infrastructure, including direct access to Interstate 290 and proximity to O’Hare International Airport, the nation’s leading cargo airport by freight value. The surrounding area benefits from a substantial labor pool, with the portfolio average showing 135,177 workers within a five-mile radius and 614,830 within 10 miles.
