SRS Distribution, a family of independent roofing distributors, has leased a full building of 35,927 square feet at 3331 Raton Court in Indianapolis.
JLL’s executive vice president Brian Seitz and vice president Brian Buschuk, based in Indianapolis, represented the landlord, 3331 Raton, LLC, in the transaction. Colliers International senior vice president Mike Lubbers and Mohr Partners Portfolio account manager James Kang represented the tenant.
The property offers good access to I-70 and I-465, along with four dock doors and one drive-in door.
