JLL closed the successful sale of 7800 Picture Drive, a 92,000-square-foot mixed-used industrial building in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Previously owned by Shutterfly/Lifetouch, the property will become the new headquarters of Minneapolis family-owned business Schmitt Music. JLL Senior Vice President Dan Larew and Managing Director Chris Hickok represented the seller in a direct transaction with Schmitt Music.
Formerly located in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Schmitt Music’s new headquarters is situated on 9.2 acres in Bloomington with a 70,000-square-foot footprint and 22,000-square-foot mezzanine. The building will provide adequate space for an office, showroom and training and repair center. Visibility to Interstate 494 and proximity to Highway 100 offer ease of access to the building.
