Todd Szymczak has joined the JLL Detroit team as senior vice president and will focus on investment sales properties.
Szymczak brings more than 17 years of experience to the team, where he’s sold distressed and stabilized properties for the office, industrial and retail sectors, as well as assets for the multifamily, student housing, senior living, manufactured home communities, hotels and small business sectors.
Szymczak’s clients include both private and institutional clients, some of which include LNR, Rialto, CW Capital, Greystone, Argentic, Key Bank, Midland Loan Services, Flagstar Bank, Comerica and more.
Prior to his role at JLL, he served at NAI Farbman, focusing on capital markets and investment sales for both local and national clients.
