As global companies continue to grow their operations and outsource their corporate real estate functions in Latin America, JLL is expanding its corporate client expertise in the region with the appointment of Washington Luiz Botelho de Souza. Based in São Paulo, Botelho de Souza will lead the firm’s Corporate Solutions business in Latin America, which includes services such as facilities management, occupancy planning and real estate portfolio management.
“As more multi-national companies look to expand their global footprints in Latin America, there is an increasing need to drive productivity throughout the real estate portfolio,” said Joe Stolarski, Executive Managing Director, Americas Corporate Solutions, JLL. “Adding Washington will not only deepen our region-specific expertise, but will also ensure we continue to deliver a globally integrated platform for our clients across all industries and sectors in the region.”
Botelho de Souza brings more than 30 years of experience to JLL.
