JLL recently closed the leases to bring a two-building Louisville office complex to 100% occupancy.
One and Two Olympia Park in Louisville are now completely occupied. The two buildings feature a combined 270,000 square feet. The buidings are home to tenants such as T-Mobile, Norton Healthcare and The Travel Authority.
The two-building portfolio features amenities including on-site Heuser Health Clinics; wellness centers with cardio and weigt rooms, locker rooms and programming; gardens with a reflecting pool, benches and seating areas; and tenant huddle areas offering Wi-Fi and an automated vending cafe.
“Across the Louisville office market—and the national office market—it’s clear which office buildings are leading the way in the return-to-work movement,” said JLL senior vice president Jeff Dreher. “Office buildings like One and Two Olympia Park clearly prioritize tenant health and wellness, which has proven successful while also further bolstering the trend of tenants gravitating toward high-quality, amenitized office spaces. It’s unmistakable proof that Louisville companies are returning to the office. They just need the right spaces to return to.”
Dreher and Rick Ashton, senior vice president with JLL, both led the leasing efforts at One and Two Olympia Park.
