The Jones Lang LaSalle office leasing team of Michael Curran, Brian Atkinson and Nikki Kern has been hired by Dallas-based Behringer Harvard REIT I Inc. as the new leasing agents for Fifth Third Center – 222 S. Riverside Plaza, a 35-story, 1.2-million-square foot office tower in Chicago.
The team — which also leases the 10 S. Riverside Plaza, CDW Plaza – 120 S. Riverside Plaza, and One Financial Place – 440 S. LaSalle St. buildings — is now Behringer Harvard REIT I Inc.’s exclusive office leasing agent in Chicago. The four buildings total approximately 3.5 million square feet.
With an occupancy rate of 91 percent, approximately 110,000 square feet of space is currently available for lease in contiguous blocks ranging in size from 2,000 to 35,000 square feet.
The two-building, 1.4-million-square-foot 10 & 120 S. Riverside complex (located just to the south of 222 S. Riverside), meanwhile, is approximately 95 percent leased with contiguous blocks of available space ranging in size from 1,200 to 38,000 square feet.
The one-million-square-foot 440 S. LaSalle St., also known as One Financial Plaza, is located between the Chicago Stock Exchange and Chicago Board Options Exchange buildings in the heart of the city’s financial district. Available spaces include one large contiguous 163,000-square-foot block.
