JLL announced today the addition of multifamily to its Property Management business. The new Multifamily Property Management group will be led by Managing Director Lela Cirjakovic, who is based in Chicago.
With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate asset management, Cirjakovic will work with national and regional leaders to focus on building and growing client relations across the multifamily platform. Prior to JLL, Cirjakovic served as executive vice president of operations at Waterton, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, where she had direct oversight of Waterton’s portfolio of multifamily properties.
Previously, JLL has offered property management services for office, industrial, retail and life science spaces. The addition of multifamily property management to the JLL platform will allow clients to capitalize on the rising sector by offering proactive management, experiential resident programming, industry-leading proptech solutions, on-site property teams equipped with best practices and procedures and operational excellence that pushes for a higher service standard. Additionally, this expansion allows JLL to serve as a client’s single source provider in mixed-use assets.
