Ecolab, Inc. signed a new 13 year sublease for the entire 244,233 square feet of space at 1630 Apex Drive in Beloit, Wisconsin. Patrick Lederer of Korman Lederer and JR Tomlinson of Jackson Cooksey represented the tenant while Kurt Sarbaugh and Dan McGillicuddy of JLL represented the sub-landlord, Southeastern Container.
