Kelly Gray, vice president of JLL, was named the 2014 winner of the Frank Mahoney Award of Excellence by AIRE. The award is given to an industrial real estate professional who displays top leadership qualities, contributes to the community and ranks among the industry’s top producers.
Chris Gary, of NAI Hiffman and the 2014 AIRE president, presented the award to Gray.
AIRE officials, while considering transaction volume, focus, too, on how much award winners give back to the community and the industrial real estate profession.
At JLL, Gray is responsible for brokerage services, business development and strategic analysis within the JLL industrial brokerage team.
Gray has been an active member of the Chicago real estate community for five years. Her work at JLL earned her the Young Gun of the Year and Culture awards in 2012 and the Top Achiever award in 2011. She was also a finalist for the 2011 CREW Bright Horizon Award.
Gray is a founding member of Industrial Women in Real Estate — better known as IWIRE — and a member of CSCMP Young Professioals and NAIOP Developing Leaders.
