The Opus Group has added Joe Taylor as director of real estate development at Opus Development Company, L.L.C.’s Chicago office.
In his new role, Taylor will oversee new residential and student housing developments in the Chicago and greater Midwest markets, managing the company’s dedicated business efforts in those areas.
“Joe has extensive market knowledge, proven talent and is well-respected by his peers,” said Sean Spellman, vice president and general manager of Opus Development Company, L.L.C. “He is a valuable addition to the Chicago team and we’re thrilled to have him on board.”
