Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 909 Whitaker Road, a 381,493-square-foot distribution facility in the Plainfield Business Park in Plainfield, Ind. The business park sits adjacent to the Indianapolis Airport.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Jake Sturman and Brian Seitz, both senior vice presidents, will assist building owner Industrial Income Trust in leasing the building, which has a 191,053-square-foot section available.
