Media Services, a Kansas City, Mo.-based document management center, recently closed a new lease agreement for the expansion of its facility within Kansas City’s Hunt Midwest SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex.
The new lease increases the size of Media Services’ facility to more than 113,000 square feet, with options to expand up to nearly 170,000 square feet.
The addition of the new space to the existing record center will allow Media Services to respond to escalating demand for secure records management while maintaining the controlled environmental conditions and 24/7 security that the company provides its clients.
Media Services is one of a growing number of records storage companies located underground in SubTropolis.
