Industry veteran Doug Grossenbacher has been named managing director of asset services in the Kansas City office of CBRE.
Before joining CBRE, Grossenbacher spent 10 yeaers with Opus. He established that company’s Kansas property management office. He helped grow that office’s portfolio to more than 1 million square feet of Class-A office space.
