Colliers has added a multifamily investment team to its Kansas City office.
Grant Kollman joins the Colliers Kansas City office as a Senior Vice President, to lead a new team specializing in multifamily investment sales. Joining Kollman on the team are Charlie LaBarr, Vice President, and Logan Weaver, Vice President.
With more than 20 years of collective experience, the team is intimately familiar with Kansas City’s multifamily commercial real estate market and optimistic about the area’s growth potential.
