Colliers International‘s Kansas City office recently held its 2014 commercial real estate forecast event.

This year’s forecast was the 13th held by Colliers in Kansas City.
Cross, national office research manager at Colliers International|USA, provided an economic overview of commercial real estate trends for 2014.
Athans, known as “Mr. Everest,” is one of the world’s foremost high-altitude mountaineers. He gave the keynote address on exploration, perseverance and leadership. He is one of only a small number of people to have climbed to the summit of Mount Everest seven times.
