Kansas City-based Block & Company, Inc., Realtors has promoted Bill Maas, Phil Peck, Rick Kochuyt and Max Kosoglad to vice president.
Maas joined Block & Company in 2010. Before joining the company, Maas spent 10 years in the NFL playing for the Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers, making First Team All-Pro twice. He was also named the NFL’s defensive rookie of the year.
Peck joined Block in 2010 as a commercial sales associate. He specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and restaurant properties and landlord and tenant representation. Before joining Block & Company, Peck served seven years as an owner and operator of a national franchise restaurant concept.
Kochuyt joined Block in 2010, and focuses on the convenience store and car wash industry. He came to Block with more than 20 years of experience.
Kosoglad has worked at Block & Company for more than 10 years in landlord/tenant representation, buyer/seller representation, new development, investment sales and 1031 exchanges.
