Kansas City’s CBC Real Estate Group restructures

Bill Crandall

Bill Crandall, managing principal of Kansas City, Missouri-based CBC Real Estate Group, acquired 100% interest in the firm late last year.

Formed in 2010, CBC was previously made up of partners Dan Carr, Rick Baier, Bill Crandall and Kevin Kelly. Under Crandall’s sole ownership, CBC will continue delivering real estate development and owner’s representative services to clients in the public and private sectors.

Carr, Baier and Kelly will continue operations of USFP, which focuses on GSA/government, veterans affairs, medical and retail development.

“I have the utmost respect for my former partners, and together, we will continue to pursue mutually beneficial development deals,” Crandall said. “The time was right for me to take over CBC.”

CBC’s clients include Kansas City – Zoo Aquarium, City of Lenexa – Lenexa Justice Center and City of Kansas City, Missouri – Barney Allis Plaza.
