Kansas City-based Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development recently hired Ryan Tompkins as manager of sales and leasing and Chris Reasoner as manager of construction and maintenance.
Tompkins is now in charge of marketing available office and industrial warehouse space within SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex. He also represents the company’s surface property portfolio, a portfolio that includes both Hunt Midwest Business Center and Hunt Midwest Commerce Center in Kansas City.
Reasoner works wtih contractors, design professionals and tenants on new construction, tenant improvement and maintenance-related projects in SubTropolis. He also manages the SubTropolis maintenance department and will help oversee new surface construction projects in the Hunt Midwest Business Center and Hunt Midwest Commerce Center.
“The addition of Ryan Tompkins and Chris Reasoner to the Hunt Midwest team is a direct reflection of the increased activity we’ve experienced over the past year,” said Mike Bell, general manager for Hunt Midwest’s industrial/commercial development division. “Both of them have core expertise in their respective areas that will help us continue to grow the industrial/commercial division.”
