Molly Marcum has joined the Nashville office of Katz & Associates. Marcum joins Katz’s Tennessee office working on tenant and landlord representation with Holly Buchanan.
Previously, Marcum was at Boyle Investment Company, where she worked on prospecting, creating and implementing merchandising plans, marketing and the leasing of Boyle’s projects including Capitol View and McEwen Northside. Marcum also helped create the agency’s Tenant Cares program, an initiative that facilitated communications with tenants, which helped generate new leases and renewals.
Marcum said that one of her favorite parts of commercial real estate is the entrepreneurial spirit, working with clients to help them achieve their goals. Marcum met Holly Buchanan at an industry meeting a couple of years ago, and the two hit it off.
Marcum graduated from the University of Georgia. She is an active member of ICSC and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Tennessee. She lives in Nashville with her husband and baby daughter.
